We invite you to visit the marina and stroll through our boats to develop a feel for what houseboating is all about! If you would like to visit over a weekend, we suggest calling prior to ensure that the boat of your choice is available for inspection. This will avoid any disappointment, especially if you have travelled a long distance.

Mondays and Fridays are generally the best days to visit as these are the days the houseboats return to the marina for servicing and head back out on the river with a fresh group of excited adventurers! For further information or to arrange an inspection please just give us a call.

Berger Houseboat Holidays is located at the Tweed Heads Marina on the beautiful Tweed River.

Main Office Hours: Our office is open with staff available from 8am to 4pm (NSW time) from Monday to Friday. But don’t worry, we’ll still be answering calls after 4pm.

Getting to the Marina

By Car: We’re just a few minutes off the M1 motorway. 

• From Gold Coast: Take Kennedy Drive exit and follow signs to Tweed Heads.
• From Byron Bay or Ballina: Head north on the Pacific Motorway and take the Tweed Heads exit. 

From Gold Coast Airport: We’re only a 10 minute drive south of Gold Coast Airport (OOL). Taxi, Uber or rental cars are readily available at the terminal.
